In 2001, NJPR introduced billing services as a new product line. This service, offered to physician practices from solo practitioner to large specialty groups, combines our knowledge and support offered in our other services with an understanding of the need for speed, accuracy, electronic claims submission and follow up. NJPR initiates this service with an analysis of the current billing system and office procedures and then presents a plan for new and existing accounts. NJPR works with the office personnel to ensure coordination of the requirements for patient care and the claim submission process. The management team has billing as well as health information management experience, assuring clients of our understanding of coding, confidentiality and claims submission.
